CREA MLS Housing Price Index

Ottawa’s Housing Price Index (HPI) is moderate when compared with other Canadian urban centres over the last five years.

The Canadian Real Estate Association (or “CREA”) publishes an interactive tool (below) that allows users to access CREA data about housing. The chart above was generated using this tool. The tool also allows users to compare the benchmark price over time and the rate of change in the benchmark overtime.
