Founded on September 3, 2013, under the Canada Business Corporations Act (CBCA), Advanced MIC operates from our headquarters at 788 Island Park Drive, Ottawa, Ontario. We offer preferred shares for purchase, accessible to accredited investors and, in some cases, to non-accredited investors under specific exemptions.
Managed by Advanced Alternative Lending
Advanced MIC is managed by Advanced Alternative Lending, a licensed mortgage administrator regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA).
Shares are sold by Advanced Capital Corporation
Our shares are sold through Advanced Capital Corporation, an exempt market dealer registered with the Canadian Securities Administrators and the Ontario Securities Commission.
